Clones of the Queen is a Hawaiian band I stumbled across earlier today. Not sure what to think after listening to “Forest” on their site, I downloaded their free live/demo EP (link on their website also), added the four tracks to my iTunes library, and listened away while reading about Ancient Greek Religion for a class.
Well, I had trouble focusing on my reading, that’s for sure. It may have had something to do with the topic, but I swear it was mostly the music. Her voice has a lilting quality that just pulled me in. I’ll definitely be looking forward to something a little more high-quality from them.
